Surf and Sauna

Because Irish weather can be rough at times we want to give our guests the unique experience of using Salt and Ember's mobile sauna after the surf. This offer is included in bespoke 5-day courses and in our 'surf and sauna' events:

1 hour of surfchoaching, all gear included
30 min of Salt and Ember's sauna

Intensive surf weekend 20.-22.10.23

Would you like to boost your surfing with a 5 day camp but can't just get a full week off work? Do you want more than just one lesson and make the most of your weekend? Then this 3-day long weekender is for you...
1 Surfsession each day
6 people per group
Groups divided into levels: Advanced, improver, beginner

What's included?
A total of 6 hours surflesson: 2 hours of surfcoaching with one of our level 2 coaches every day Fr-Su, all gear included
Daily theory or video analysis depending on your group's need
Transport to and from the beach if needed.
